KARL NEWMAN
Karl is one of the industry’s best-known restauranteurs in the Southwest. Found at every good party, Karl is the jewel in Dfly's crown. From Peru, he was trained as a lawyer, then a pilot, spent a few years travelling the world working and training on some of the best cruise lines. Since arriving in the UK he has successfully opened a number of exceptional venues.

Dean worked alongside Karl for a number of years, winning all the regionacocktail competitions before heading off to the bright lights of London in 2008 to work with some of the best mixologists (IPB, Theme & Class bartenders alike at the 2008 Time out Bar of the Year).
